This luxury renovation reimagines the living room, dining room, and guest bathroom through a highly considered architectural intervention that prioritizes craftsmanship, material integrity, and spatial continuity. The project transforms previously disconnected areas into a cohesive and elegant living environment. The dining room, located at a slightly elevated level, and the living room below were formerly separated by solid walls and lacked both functional and visual connection. These barriers were fully removed and replaced with a custom-designed architectural solution that reconnects the spaces. A newly built staircase, designed and executed as part of the renovation, establishes a functional link between levels, while glass enclosures and full-height openings ensure uninterrupted visual continuity. Running along the full length of both spaces, a bespoke stained-glass installation introduces a refined interplay of blue and orange tones. This custom vitral filters natural light throughout the day, generating a harmonious and dynamic atmosphere while becoming a defining architectural element of the project. Polished travertine marble flooring unifies the living and dining areas, enhancing light reflection and reinforcing a sense of calm sophistication. Custom American walnut wood paneling, meticulously fabricated and installed, adds warmth and depth while discreetly integrating storage, bar elements, and built-in appliances. The precision of the millwork and detailing reflects a strong emphasis on construction quality and longevity. Lighting is carefully layered throughout the space. Recessed ceiling fixtures provide clean, architectural illumination, while integrated accent lighting highlights material textures and transitions. A family-owned chandelier was thoughtfully restored and reintroduced into the dining area, adding a meaningful and timeless focal point that bridges personal heritage with contemporary design. The guest bathroom continues the same language of understated luxury, finished entirely in travertine marble. Full-height mirrors with integrated lighting enhance depth and clarity, while minimalist fixtures reinforce the project’s commitment to refined simplicity and material excellence. This renovation exemplifies a balanced approach to luxury—where architectural intervention, premium materials, and precise construction come together to elevate everyday living spaces into a cohesive, elegant, and enduring home.
