Complete main floor and stairs renovation

This renovation showcases the full strength of our design expertise and construction capabilities. A new structural beam was installed to remove existing columns, allowing us to open the entire main floor and create a truly expansive open-concept layout—executed with precision and full compliance with structural standards. The contemporary kitchen was completely rebuilt, including new appliances, upgraded electrical and lighting systems, and high-quality finishes. Long-plank, water-resistant Swiss flooring was installed throughout, paired with a full repainting of the space for a clean, modern feel. Beyond the main area, we delivered full design consulting and completed a full staircase renovation, custom-finished to match the project’s material and color palette. The powder room was also upgraded to align with the refreshed aesthetic. The result is a unified, structurally enhanced, and beautifully designed space—where thoughtful design meets meticulous construction.
