This renovation and design consulting project was created to bring warmth, functionality, and modern simplicity to a long, narrow home layout. By reimagining the flow and optimizing every inch, the new design delivers a bright, open, and highly efficient living space. One of the most transformative interventions was removing the dividing wall between the kitchen and the dining room. This allowed the entire main floor to become a continuous, open-concept circuit with uninterrupted circulation. A new structural beam was installed to support the open layout, enabling a fluid dynamic that the home previously lacked. The kitchen—designed using IKEA cabinetry—became the heart of the renovation. Light wood upper cabinets paired with matte-white lower units create visual balance, while soft sage tones bring a calming, modern touch. High-quality quartz countertops provide durability and understated elegance, and the extended galley layout flows seamlessly into a sunlit breakfast and workspace area. Premium stainless-steel appliances, a deep stainless-steel sink, and efficient integrated lighting elevate both functionality and day-to-day comfort. A dedicated coffee station adds warmth and personality, turning a simple corner into a welcoming daily ritual space. Throughout the main level, wide-plank vinyl flooring was installed for its durability, comfort, and natural, cohesive appearance. The powder room was refreshed with soothing sage-colored walls and geometric white tile flooring, creating a clean, modern, and serene aesthetic. The final result is a home that feels open, bright, and connected—an inviting blend of contemporary design and everyday comfort. The renovation introduced a smooth, uninterrupted flow that transforms the way the space is used, bringing harmony and clarity to the overall environment.
