Complete main floor renovation

This project reflects an extensive design consulting process, where every detail was refined with precision to achieve a harmonious and elevated main floor. Guided by a soft, ivory-based color palette, the space features long-plank, water-resistant, pet-friendly white flooring that enhances brightness and continuity throughout the home. At the heart of this renovation is an innovative concept in which the kitchen becomes the true protagonist of the main floor. A complete showroom main floor. Equipped with advanced hardware systems and an elegant infinity bar, the design blends functionality with a sophisticated, showroom-like aesthetic. The transformation also required installing a 21-foot structural beam to replace a load-bearing wall, creating a fully open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the kitchen with the café/breakfast area, dining room, and living spaces. The entrance hall was equally refined, featuring a custom-made millwork closet with vertical strip detailing, crafted to echo the project’s material language and attention to craftsmanship. A new powder room completes this area, designed with the same level of precision, elegance, and material consistency that defines the entire renovation. The result is a sophisticated, cohesive environment where design excellence and meticulous construction come together to create a truly exceptional home.
